Welcome to the UAB Comprehensive Cancer Center Gene Expression Shared Facility. The facility has been established to assist cancer center investigators who wish to use Microarray technology to study genetic alterations associated with human cancers.

   We are currently providing full service from RNA preparation through preliminary data analysis. A variety of analysis software packages (GenePix, GCOS, GeneTraffic, PathwayArchitect, ArrayAssist, GeneSpring, etc.) are available. In addition, the facility is working closely with the Cancer Center Biostatistics Unit to provide more thorough analyses. Please contact us if you have any questions.
